Privacy Policy for Photo Eraser Mobile Application
This Privacy Policy describes how Photo Eraser (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, Photo Eraser (the “App”). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
You can access to limited Photo Eraser features or you can subscribe for unlimited access to all features.
Auto-renewing subscription (“Premium Weekly”) price is 3.99 USD per week; length of subscription is one week (Auto-renewing) prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Payment is charged to iTunes Account at the confirmation of the purchase.
Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior the end of the current period at the cost of the weekly package.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by logging to the users iTunes Account Settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting in the logging to the users iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Unused portions of a free-trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Any personal information voluntarily provided by you will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to inquiries or providing customer support. In Photo Eraser, user privacy and data security are paramount. This section explains our approach to handling facial images:
- Server-based Processing: To provide high-quality filter applications, facial images are processed on our secure servers. This allows for advanced filter applications not feasible on-device.
- No Retention of Images: We do not retain any images post-processing. Once the filter application is complete, the images are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
- Commitment to Privacy: No face data or images are shared with third parties. We adhere strictly to privacy laws and regulations, ensuring that your data is handled securely and responsibly.
Our practices are designed to respect your privacy while offering a seamless and high-quality user experience. By using Photo Erase, you entrust us with your images for processing, and we take that responsibility seriously by ensuring the immediate deletion of your data after use.

The App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. Once you leave the App, we have no control over the privacy practices or content of those websites or services.
